Second Annual “Live and Serve Day”—May 11

Save the date and please plan to join us for the 2nd Annual NSCDS "Live and Serve Day" on Saturday, May 11 sponsored by the Alumni Board, and led by Annie Aggens ’88, Cathy Bell Bartholomay ’79, Phyllis Beattie ’72 and Betsy Perkins Hill ’70.
Chicago-area alumni will be going to the Feed My Starving Children organization in Libertyville (read about the work they do here). On the same day, we will be conducting a food drive.
No matter where you live, you can be a part of this “Live and Serve Day” on May 11 by organizing a local service project for North Shore alumni near you. There are already alumni who have volunteered to organize a project in Arizona and Texas. It will be a day connecting alumni across the miles serving others. More information to follow.
If you are interested in participating or leading a “Live and Serve Day” project, please contact the Alumni Office, Nancy Green Whiteman ’71, nwhiteman@nscds.org847.881.8848.
