Grades 6-12

To begin the online application process, you need a school-generated username and password. Submission of the Inquiry Form provides basic information in order to set-up your account.  If you have already received this information then proceed to the application

6-12 Grade Application Process

  1. Submit your application and $75 application fee.
  2. Schedule a visit.
  3. Provide recommendations and release forms to your child's current school.
  4. Register for the either the ISEE or SSAT.


Applicants entering grades 6-12 are required to take an entrance exam.  Most applicants to North Shore take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE), but we also accept the SSAT.  

As a convenience to our applicants, North Shore administers the Computer Based ISEE on select dates throughout the admission season.  All tests begin at 9am and take roughly 2.5hours to complete.
