John Almquist Art Gallery

The John Almquist Gallery is a professional exhibition space on campus. Three shows are curated each year featuring the work of students, faculty, alumni and visiting artists. The gallery is a unique teaching tools that enhances our JK-12 visual art curriculum and strives to share a diverse selection of art forms. As a cultural force, the John Almquist Gallery broadens an individual's understanding of art and is an invitation to heighten students' global perspective.

  • Shared Visions: Collaborative Work of the Chicago Art Salon

    October 1, 2010 -- The gallery opening for the exhibit "Shared Visions: Collaborative Work of the Chicago Art Salon" will be held Friday in the Almquist Gallery. The exhibit features the work of Atkas, Blietz, Coulson, Honey, Lloyd, Potocki and Sindler.
